Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Appliance Patrol website and repair request service.
Request and referral website
Appliance Patrol operates an independent website that collects appliance repair inquiries and may share eligible requests with an independent local service provider. Appliance Patrol is not the repair contractor and does not perform diagnosis or repair work.
No confirmed appointment
Submitting a request confirms only that the website received the information. It does not guarantee a response, provider availability, appointment, arrival time, diagnosis, price, repair, part availability, warranty, or outcome.
Independent provider relationship
A responding provider independently decides whether to accept a request. The provider is responsible for registrations, qualifications, scheduling, property access, diagnosis, estimates, authorization, workmanship, invoices, warranties, and legal compliance related to its service.
Pricing and payment
Appliance Patrol does not set repair prices or collect payment for repair work. Ask the responding provider about any service call, diagnostic fee, estimate, parts, labor, taxes, cancellation terms, and warranty before authorizing service.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate contact, location, appliance, and symptom information. Do not submit another person's information without permission. Do not use this website for emergencies, unlawful activity, spam, or attempts to interfere with site operation.
Safety
The website is not an emergency service. Smoke, fire, gas odor, sparking, shock risk, or uncontrolled flooding requires the appropriate emergency service, utility, or building response. Website information is general and is not a remote diagnosis or instruction to dismantle equipment.
Website availability and content
We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features. We try to keep information accurate but do not promise that every page, category, area, or provider will always be available.
Privacy
Use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Questions
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the privacy request form, with the subject described as a Terms question.
